Manchester City Football Club Charity Day

On the 12th April Manchester City Football Club held a charity day to provide local charities with a great fundraising opportunity. The ACE team went along to provide a zip slide and an abseil in the stadium. This was the first charity day to raise money for the clubs community charity and also their two nominated charities which were Genesis and Caudwell Children. We abseiled 30 people and zipped 100 people across the pitch.

Kidney Research UK Abseil at Walsall Civic Centre

Over the weekend of 15th and 16th March Adventure Challenge Events supported Kidney Research UK at their abseil at Walsall Civic Centre. The charity so far have collected a fantastic amount of sponsorships - nearly £23,000!

Marie Curie Cancer Care Tyne Bridge Abseil

On the 16th March Adventure Challenge Events had its second trip of the year up to the North East to run an abseil at the Tyne Bridge for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Birmingham Rat Race

On the 15th March a team from Adventure Challenge Events went down to the Birmingham Rat Race to provide technical support on parts of the adventure race course. This included a 4 rope abseil at the Birmingham City Football Club Ground.

Manchester Velodrome Open Abseil

Our 3rd Manchester Velodrome Open Abseil event on the 2nd March was another great success. A total of 11 charities took part in the event on the day. Just 7 of those charities involved have already collected over £7,000 in sponsorships.
