Its been a busy weekend at ACE. Sunday 15th June saw the first Whole Hog race of 2008 which was also the first race at Alton Towers and Alton Castle. Ian Loombe and a team spent last week building the course and preparing for the event. We had nearly 100 runners on the day and despite the race being in a summer month, we still managed to find plenty of mud and water in keeping with the Whole Hog tradition!
